Age Care, Schools and Hospitals

A  very flexible, educational animal experience designed for aged care facilities, schools, early learning centres and hospitals.

ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE

Our visits are thoughtfully tailored to suit the needs of each group, whether it’s a small class session, hands on experiences with small animals, moving visits for hospitals or a community day. Our experiences are structured to be engaging and interactive, age/ circumstance- appropriate, and focused on being the best experience for everyone.

ANIMALS

• Animal numbers and selection are tailored to the event

• Animals may include lambs, goats, rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, ducklings, pigs, mini ponies, trained dogs and a donkey

• Animal selection can be based on the event type, age group, or learning focus

• Requests are welcome and considered where possible, with animal wellbeing always prioritised

   

EDUCATIONAL FOCUS

• Age-appropriate learning about animal care and behaviour

• Guided discussions around kindness, responsibility, and respect for animals

• Opportunities for observation, gentle interaction, and questions

   

DURATION OF EVENT

• Duration is flexible and can be discussed based on the event

SPACE & SET UP

• We can set up in most areas with flexible yard options including indoor and outdoor door options 

• A weatherproof shade shelter can be used if required

• A nearby parking space is required for set-up and pack-down

All equipment is supplied and set up on arrival.
